TOPIC: YOU MUST NOT SELL YOUR BIRTHRIGHT.

-THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD-
“And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and was faint: therefore was his name called Edom. And Jacob said, sell me this day thy birthright. And Esau said, behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

And Jacob said, swear to me this day, and he sware into: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Then, Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentils; and he did eat and drank, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright”. GENESIS 25:29-34.

“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: looking diligently lest any man fall of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up, trouble you, and thereby many are defiled.

Lest there be any fornicator or profane person as Esau, who for one morsel of meal sold his birthright. For ye know how afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought carefully with tears”…HEBREWS 12:14-17


-WHAT I RECEIVED OF THE LORD CONCERNING THIS MATTER-
Men and brethren, as Jesus was about to fully enter His earthly ministry, He proceeded to a mountain on a forty-day fast. At the end of the fast, satan appeared on the scene. It was time for the faith of Jesus to be tried, and His Father allowed it even to be so –  for satan cannot access any true child of God except with the permission of God Himself. And we all know what transpired. Jesus was tested physically with food, His soul with the splendor of this life, and spiritually that He should tempt His Father! Jesus passed all the three tests. And in so doing He laid a practical example for all who would become His Disciples.

People of God, whosoever must come after our Lord Jesus Christ must also be tested in all the three areas in which our Master and Savior Jesus Christ was tested. And the irony of this test is that it is a continuous matter- It runs till we go to be with the Lord. And the higher and closer we get to God the higher and stronger the test When satan left Jesus after this mountain test, it was only for a season! Please study Luke 4:1-13, for a deeper insight into this matter. Satan did not go on holiday after testing Jesus – he only left to prepare for further and higher tests. Satan, the pale and sickly lion, is still very much around. But thank God that our glorious Lion of the Tribe of Judah is still roaring, even louder than ever.

And the ultimate test for Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus suddenly asked God to excuse Him from the Cross! But thank God that He, Jesus, quickly realized the gravity of what He had asked – and quickly reversed Himself and willfully accepted the perfect will of God. It was such a narrow escape, and Jesus can testify to that if you ask Him. For if our God has heeded to that prayer, the ONLY hope of reconciling man with God would have disappeared for ever. God forbid! Please study Luke 22:39-45 for deeper insight into this matter. And we all will come to our ultimate tests. I pray we will all be prepared as Jesus was.

Brethren of the Lord, the life of a true believer is a life of beauty and splendor in the Lord, but it is also a life surrounded by temptations, even daily temptations. Like I wrote in one of my Epistles, the road to heaven is littered with all manners of heavenly blessings and riches, yet it is very very slippery indeed. The number one enemy of God and of man, satan, is on the trail of every true believer. Day by day he is laying snares and setting traps for the people of God. And many are daily falling victims of his manipulations. If only the Holy Ghost would open the spiritual eye of every believer. What we would see is beyond words.

People of God, the path of the righteous is as a disguised minefield, and each of these mines is capable is destroying our walk with God. The path of the righteous is full of pitfalls and many subjects that are designed to discourage, frustrate and eventually destroy the righteous. Indeed when a believer is coming very close to the gates of heaven the satanic attack would suddenly increase. And that is why some aging men and women who had served the Lord with all their lives will suddenly begin to speak compromising words towards the end of their lives. Some would even forsake the Lord entirely. Such is the cruelty of satan when it comes to who must make  heaven at last.

And all these traps on the path of the righteous are carefully and neatly placed there by satan and his agents, most of whom, to your amazement, are right inside the very Church of Jesus Christ! Satan is really a very very desperate creature. He is anxious that as many as possible end up with Him in the pit that burneth and never quencheth – which is his final place of “rest”. He uses almost everything and everybody to get the righteous to forsake the right way. And it is practically impossible for any believer; true or false, to escape the designs of satan, without much prayer, consecration and absolute dependence on the leading of the Holy Ghost.

The life of a believer who cannot be trapped by satan now and then, must be a life that is sober, full of patience and long-suffering – devoid of pleasure seeking, and of love for the things of this life. It must be a life totally submitted to the perfect will of God at all times and in all circumstances. There are not many such folks in today’s Christianity, and what lies ahead for many is too terrible to be uttered or written with my own hands! I pray earnestly for the mercy of God upon this generation of believers world-wide.

In our scripture for today, we observe satan as he manipulated Esau into selling his birthright. He sold it on a platter of a plate of porridge. And to many of us a plate of porridge is too small to make a person do such a thing. But you are in for a rude shock. For what many of us do not realize is this: that the plate of porridge can be anything. Indeed, every believer has a plate of porridge from satan. If you escape one he will come up with another even more sumptuous than the first. And it goes on and on till we meet face to face with our Master Jesus Christ.  Your own plate of porridge may not be mine, but satan serves it according to our individual indulgences!

Esau was hungry for food, but your own and my own hunger may not be food. Yet it would be a sought of hunger. Your own hunger may be for the opposite sex – for fornication and adultery. It may be all manners of sodomy – of men marrying men and of women marrying women. It may also be lust – lusting for men or for women or even for the things of this life. It may also be masturbation and all manners of sexual immorality. Whatever it may be, it is always that which entices us. And the source is the evil one, satan. And, if you must also know it – our God allows these things to come our way, and allows them! Later, I will write us on the reasons for that, especially for those who do not yet know.

My brother, my sister, your own plate of porridge may be nakedness – you enjoy exposing sensitive parts of your body to people. It may also be that you as a lady are always hungry to dress as men. It may even be that your hunger is lesbianism. Whatever it is, the end result is that you have sold your birthright. Our birthright as believer is heaven at last. And when we sell it we become candidates of eternal damnation. Your hunger may be stealing or robbery – whether with arms or with pen. It may also be giving and taking bribes. Your own hunger may be defrauding people through scam, internet and otherwise. You can name them. They are endless. For Judas Iscariot, it was love for money. Yet many amongst us are deeply rooted lovers of money – covetousness. May the Lord show mercy on His people in Jesus name. Amen.

I do not know what constitutes the hunger that satan has fired into your mind. It may be that you cannot stand folks that do not look and talk like you: that is also a satanic hunger. Have you divorced your spouse and married another, even while your first spouse is still alive? You have only satisfied a satanic hunger without knowing it. Have you married a divorced man or woman even when his or her first spouse is still alive? You are enjoying satanic diet and the consequences are eternal. Do you cheat, lie and manipulate people? Are you a smuggler? Are you a dealer on illicit substances? Do you adulterate products and sell to people? In all these cases you are enjoying the pleasure of sin, even satanic diet. And your birthright is right inside the pockets of satan! But it can still be recovered. That is the reason for this message.

Are you a preacher of this gospel, who steals from brethren, and then cajoles and manipulates them? You are ALSO enjoying the dish of satan. Do you sell the word of God; are you making merchandise of the word of God? Do you serve God for money, to satisfy your belly and your lusts? You know yourselves. You may even be justifying yourself; but my assurance to you today is that if you refuse to repent you will end up with satan – the one whose diet you enjoyed while here on earth. Do you preach chemistry, physics, mathematics, biology, economics, and all manners of worldly subjects as the gospel of Christ? That is satanic diet. Do you preach how to buy and sell as the gospel of Jesus Christ, even how to make money? You are one of those Jesus cast out of the Temple for selling doves. You are peddling satanic diet.

I do not know what you are eating to satisfy your own hunger. It may be that you take pleasure in killing unborn babies. You may even call it abortion. But whatever name you give it, know it today that in heaven it is known as murder. Are you among them that argue that after all abortion is legal? Both you and those who legalized it are enjoying a terrible satanic diet, very sweet and in mouth but very very bitter in the belly. Repent today and it shall be well with you. Is your business to kill for money? That diet is of satan. Do you enjoy gossip and tale bearing? That also is a satanic diet? Do you prostitute, public or private? You are eating with satan himself.

Men and brethren, one of the tricks of satan is to serve folks his diet as if it is a diet from the Lord. It can come as pride of heart, even arrogance. It can come as foolish talking – jesting of all kinds. We must never forget that every word that comes out of the mouth of a believer shall be accounted for. Do not be deceived, whatever we sow is what we reap – pure and simple. Has satan tricked you into selling a wrong message to people God: that once they have believed they would remain believers whether they continue in sin or not? You are peddling a very dangerous satanic menu, and the consequences are better imagined than written.

People of God, in the case of Esau, he lost his birthright once and forever. But for you as a believer, especially for those who have not crossed the borderline of mercy, you still have another opportunity to make amends today. Do not harden your hearts and resort to calling me names. It will not profit you anything to call me a Pharisee or any such name. It is also futile for you to try to dismiss these teachings by terming them “law”.

Brethren, I am not preaching law, I am preaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. But even at that, we must not forget that the laws of God are holy and that they are written in our hearts even as believers.  What I am preaching holds for all generations of people of God - for all of us will be judged with the same standard of holiness and righteousness.

Some of you may even throw this message away because you do not like my face. Whatever may be your reservations about me, please suppress it and do what God is saying. It is not about me. I know that I may not be qualified to teach you; but Jesus spoke to me. And He did not speak to me because I am more righteous than all of you: He just chose to speak to me. You cannot question Him.

Therefore, it is in your best interest to hearken to His word and live. If I have offended you by my choice of words, I apologize. If I have offended you in the past I tender my unreserved apology. Whatever must prevent you from obeying these words is not of God. Your soul is at stake. Your pocket may be very thick, but your soul is in grave danger of eternal damnation. Repent today. Jesus Christ is anxiously waiting for your decision, even a second decision as it were. The angels of God are at alert all over the world to receive your prayers of repentance, of restitution, and of consecration. Our Lord Jesus Christ will yet sanctify you.

Brethren, time is now of essence in our relationship with God. As the hour races to the inevitable end, satan is devising many weapons of deceit, many of which are totally lost on many even in the Church of today. Satan can use any body, anybody indeed, in order to get at you and at me. He will even tell you that I am just teaching law or condemnation.

Brethren of our Lord, let me now alert you that satan does appear as “Jesus” in visions (though I perceive by the grace of God all of satan's paraphernalia of disguise have been destroyed: he is now the true naked one that he is). He may even try to appear to you in another guise to lie to you that I am this and I am that. Satan is desperate indeed! And even if you choose to agree with him, and I pray you will not, please do not disagree with these teachings.

What you are reading is the Everlasting Gospel. It is the last Gospel before the end of all things. Satan is fighting it, unbelievers are fighting it, and even some folks in the Church are fighting it. But even if the whole world should join hands together with satan to fight this mandate they will not prevail. Till I come your way again, always have it in your heart, that Jesus Christ will soon be on His way to receive us unto Himself. Be ready.

TOPIC: BE SOBER BE VIGILANT - THE ROAD TO HEAVEN IS VERY SLIPPERY INDEED (PART TWO)

-THE WRITTEN WORD-
And He said unto me, son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee. And the Spirit entered into me when He spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard Him Who spake unto me.

And He said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.

For they are impudent children and stiff hearted. I do send thee unto them: and thou shalt say unto them, thus saith the Lord God. And they, whether they will hear or whether they will forbear (for they are a rebellious house) yet, shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.

For thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions, be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.

And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forebear: for they are most rebellious. But thou son of man, hear what I say unto thee: be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.

And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, in a roll of a book was written: and He spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written herein lamentations, mourning and woe”…..EZEKIEL 2:1-10.

-WHAT I RECEIVED FROM JESUS CONCERNING THIS MATTER-
When I was about to publish the already prepared part two of this message, the Lord dropped it in my spirit to add the above scripture from the book of Ezekiel. Well, I have never claimed that I was a Prophet, or that the Lord had called me as one. Yet, the Lord Himself commanded that I must write as a Prophet, and that I must warn all those involved in lying about Him and about His gospel to desist or be ready to face His wrath.

If therefore you are one of those that prophesy on the wicked, that it shall be well with them, then know it this day that the hand of the Lord is after you for evil. If you are one of those that flatter folks for advantage, you are one of the enemies of God - and sooner than later He will catch up with you. You must repent today or face the wrath of God.

Brethren of the Lord, the Church of Jesus is getting used to “thus saith the Lord”, when the Lord has not said anything. The hitherto office of the Prophet has been hijacked by thieves and liars and spiritual fraudsters, enemies of righteousness, who say “thus says the Lord” when the Lord has not spoken to them. They are everywhere – and they usually find ready customers in unbelievers and believers with itching ears. They tell lies in the name of God. They seek popularity and ultimately their bellies.

But they shall proceed no further. For our God has risen to defend His name amongst the heathen. Our God has risen to put an end to the menace those who prophesy with familiar spirits. They have flood the Church of Jesus Christ, peddling lying and satanic “prophecies”. Time is up for all of them.

There is no peace indeed for the wicked, especially for those who aid wickedness by refusing to teach folks the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. If the Lord has called you to preach His gospel, then you must preach His gospel. You must not use His pulpit for any reason other than to preach His Gospel. You must not use His pulpit to make money, to make friends or to become popular. You must not use His pulpit to suppress the truth, or to blackmail those who preach the truth. You must not abuse the God-given privilege to preach His gospel.

Brethren, if we must make friends it must be for Jesus, it must be for the One Who sent us – to raise Disciples for Him. If you only succeed in raising folks who regard you as a hero, but who wickedness in wickedness, you have only succeeded in defeating the purpose for which our Lord called you – and consequences will follow. You must not use His pulpit to cajole and flatter folks. Know you not that all flatterers will have their place in the lake that burneth and quencheth not?

Do you take pleasure in turning the scriptures upside down in order to soot the egos and sinful pleasures of compromisers and sinners and to retain them as members? Repent today. Do you teach politics, history, medicine, psychology, marketing, sociology, economics, etc., even as the gospel of our Lord? Repent before it is too late. If you have nothing to preach please leave the pulpit. Our Lord will not come looking for you. You have no mandate to turn the pulpit of our God into a political arena.

Do you misappropriate God’s money, and then blackmail brethren by telling them that if they asked questions the earth would open and swallow them up? Repent today before it is too late. If you are not careful, one of these days that earth would open, but you will actually be the one to be swallowed. Do not say that I did not warn you. Whosoever misuses God’s money will give account? Every income given to a believer by our God will be accounted for. Are you therefore a believer living a wasteful lifestyle? You will give account. There shall be no excuses. Godliness with contentment is great gain. All who seek God for their bellies shall give account.

I must again state categorically that I condemn no one. If you feel condemned it is your heart that condemns you. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ME AS IT IS FOR OTHERS. If you reject it you will still meet it on judgment day. There is no running away from the truth. Some will even dare lie to themselves and to others that I am preaching the law. Assuming they are correct, but they are not. Is it not written that our God shall write His laws in the heart of every believer? Have you not read that the love of Christ also means the fulfillment of the laws of God? Yet, I am not preaching the law – I am preaching righteousness and holiness – I am preaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. That was what our Lord preached, that was what first Disciples preached – that is what I am preaching. What are you preaching?

Men and brethren, without holiness no man or woman will see our God. The salvation calling is a calling unto all righteousness, unto all holiness. Nothing and nobody that is defiled shall make it into heaven. The eyes of He Who called us is too pure to behold iniquity. We are saved from sin to go and sin no more. Those who continue in sin after salvation are doomed to eternal damnation except they repent and amend their ways. The mercy of our God endures forever – go for it today and you will forever be glad you did. It is futile striving to differentiate between sin in the flesh and in the spirit. Both of them carry the same consequence – eternal damnation.

Brethren, the word of God says that we shall through much tribulation make it into heaven. From the days of John the Baptist, till today, the kingdom of our God suffers violence, and only the violent shall take it by force. If we must strive for anything it must be that we might make heaven at last. Do not be as those who sleep. Awake today to righteousness and to holiness: forsake evil and seek good, and it shall be well with you. When you live godly, you will not only prosper, you will also make heaven at last.

Do not follow the multitude to live in sin. Refuse to follow those who profess that once they are saved they are saved, no matter how they lived afterwards. Justification does not apply to sins we commit after salvation. When we are saved we are justified but only from our PAST sins. There is no justification in continuing sin. Only our God is justified at all times and in all circumstances. It is therefore the height of spiritual pride for a believer to demand to be justified while living in sin.

Brethren, there is a way that seemeth right unto men and women, but it will forever lead to eternal damnation. When the Lord says in Hebrews Chapter Eight, verse Ten to Twelve, that our sins and iniquities He would remember no more, He was only referring to our past sins and iniquities. Please study the Bible (and preferably the King James Version), and by the help of the Holy Ghost, and not by the aid of annotations of theologians most of whom lack the Spirit of God.

Brethren, we do not remember what will happen in future! When God said He will not remember, He was only referring to our past sins. From the day we are saved, saved, God will not remember our past sins any more. But when we continue in sin, He does not need to remember it, it is there before Him - and He will cast us away from His sight if we fail to repent – for His eyes cannot behold iniquity.

Brethren, If we continue in the same sins we are saved from, we deny our Christ. For a believer to live willful in sin is an open challenge to the authority of the Holy Ghost. Many of us are accusing Judas Iscariot of denying our Lord. But he did it just once. But every sinful act of a believer amounts to denial of our Lord Jesus Christ. Any time we sin as believers we deny our Lord. And as we continue in sin we are just struggling to crucify Him even the second time.

Can we then begin to imagine what it means to crucify our Lord the second time? A certain fearful and terrifying experience awaits all that are concerned. Forsake evil today and live. It is appointed to every man and woman once to die and then judgment. There shall be no excuses. He or she that has ears let him or her hear what the Spirit of God is telling His Church of Jesus Christ.

Our Lord will soon be on His way. You cannot stop Him by thinking or even speculating that He will tarry. He will not tarry. Yes He will not. And when He arrives He will judge every believer according to His or her works. But for those who out rightly rejected Him, their fate is already determined without more.

TOPIC: BE SOBER AND BE VIGILANT - THE ROAD TO HEAVEN IS VERY VERY SLIPPERY INDEED (PART ONE)

-THE WRITTEN WORD-
“And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith, virtue and to knowledge. And to knowledge temperance: and to temperance patience, and to patience godliness. And to godliness, brotherly kindness: and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things ye shall never fail: for so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ”….2ND PETER 1:5-11.


-WHAT THE HOLY GHOST REVEALED TO ME ABOUT THIS MATTER-
Men and brethren, when a certain rich man asked our Lord Jesus Christ what to do in order to make heaven at last, our Master wasted no time in directing the attention of the man to the commandments of His Father, even our God. Our Lord pointed the man to the Ten Commandments, and asked him to live by it. And I am also asking you to do so - law or no law.

But the rich man was very much like many of us today, who would justify themselves even in the face of mounting contradictions in their lives. He quickly told Jesus that he was used to all the commandments of God, and that indeed he had obeyed all of them even from childhood! Possibly he said so to please our Lord and those who were listening. But he was in for a rude shock, as some of us will be at the end of this message.

Jesus then looked at him with His usual love and passion, and asked him to sell all he had and follow Him. To sell all he had, and follow our Master, Who seemed to have no place of abode? That was too much of a request, especially for a man who was enjoying all the good things of this life. So the man went away sorrowful. And as the man was still whining and murmuring in his heart, our Lord reminded all that witnessed the dialogue that it would almost be impossible for a rich man to make heaven at last! See the Book of Luke 18:18-27. We shall discuss the rest of that scripture whenever the Lord permits.

Through this encounter, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ reveals to us, that there are many things that we may never imagine, but which things can actually deny us heaven at last. The problem with that rich man was that he loved money – he was covetous. And many are like that today, even in the Church.  The man appeared to be pure in his own eyes, and perhaps in the eyes of those around him. Yes, he was indeed righteous, at least by what he said of himself. Yet something was lacking, something seemingly insignificant, but something that was likely to send him to hell fire.

According to that rich man, he had been a just person right from childhood. He must also have been a very good example of a good child even in his community. And he grew with that reputation. And perhaps everybody was calling him, “Mr. Righteousness”. But unknown to him and to his admirers, he was heading to hell fire. Such also is the life of many who claim the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus but are heading hopelessly to hell fire. They have been saved, and that by grace; but by their illicit lifestyles they are now trampling upon that very grace that once saved them.

The question our Lord is asking every believer today is this: what is your Christian identity? He demands to know what His salvation really means to you and to me. And He is asking the following questions, some of which cannot be contained here by reason of space, and He demands answers from each and every one of us.

Are you among the men and women on suit who parade our Churches on Sundays, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof? Are you one of those women in Church who dress like angels but inwardly are ravenous wolves? Or, are you among those women who dress as satan, and even as the world, and at the same time laying claim to the righteousness of God? What manner of banner are you displaying to yourself and to those around you as evidence of your salvation?

Are you one of those who sow money in Church and reap money, yet you live an ungodly life? Are you a thief – do you steal from your husband or from your wife, do you steal from your employees? Are you a pen robber or an armed robber? Do you live by robbing people on internet? Repent today and God will show you mercy. Do you discriminate against people by reason of the color of their skin, their race, their tribe, their language, etc? Are you a respecter of the persons of men and women? Repent today and God will show you mercy.

 Are taking bribe and giving bribe? Are you a hypocrite, a pretender, a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Are you a gossip, a tale bearer, an accuser of brethren? Repent today. Are you a virgin only in the body but not in the spirit? Have you sworn to celibacy yet wallowing in lust? Renounce your oath and marry so that you perish not. Are you among those who celebrate their nakedness and shame in public all in the name of looking “beautiful”? Know you not that satan is the naked one, that whosoever displays his or her nakedness in public is inhabited by satan? Repent today and cry to God for mercy and mercy shall be shown to you.

 Do you patronize men and women with familiar spirit seeking for what is not? Are you not aware that contact with folks with familiar spirits defiles our spirit man?  And nothing and nobody that is defiled can enter heaven. What indeed is your Christian testimony and identity? Have you divorced your wife or your husband, and then “married” a “sweet heart” even when your first spouse is still alive? You are in great error; and you are heading to hell fire with your eyes wide open. Have you not read that a marriage made by our Lord is “till death do we path”? If you must not take back your spouse, then you must remain single until he or she dies, or you yourself go to be with the Lord. But God has called us to peace.

Know you not, brethren of the Lord, that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? What indeed is your Christian identity? If ye be a believer and have secured a job or contract either with your body or with an ungodly connection, you are living in satan’s coven without knowing it. Forsake that job and our Lord will give you that which is reserved for you in heaven. Are you among them that enjoy “blessings” from your relations abroad who are into all manners of evil? They send you stolen goods and you sell and make money! You even dare to give testimony with the proceeds of such iniquity! The anger of God is released against all unrighteousness and wickedness of men and women. Repent today.

We will surely give account if we fail to repent. Is your own ‘business” to deal on hard and illicit drugs? You are an agent of satan. Do you deal on contraband materials, and take pleasure in bribing errant Custom men and women in order to have your way? You are an enemy of righteousness. Repent today before it is too late. The clock is ticking, the hour is at hand. Save yourself from this adulterous and perverse generation. Do you drink alcoholic drinks, smoke and even womanize, you must repent today. Do you adulterate goods and sell them to the public? Time has come for repentance. Delay can be very very dangerous indeed.

I condemn you not. This message is meant for you and for me. If you "feel" condemned, then search your life. What you have heard is the truth and nothing but the truth. What you have heard is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and indeed the only Gospel available. He preached it, His first Apostles did. That is exactly what I am doing. If you reject it, it will still be used against you on the last day. Without holiness no eye shall our God.

Brethren, the second and Final Part of this message comes up tomorrow, even as the Holy Ghost would direct. And in few days’ time, as the Spirit leads, I will publish a message on how satan manifests as “jesus”, and how you can unmask him. It is a must read for whosoever desires to make heaven at last. Till then keep watching and keep praying. Our Lord Jesus Christ will soon be on His way to take us away from sinful and adulterous world.

TOPIC: BE SOBER AND BE VIGILANT – THE ROAD TO HEAVEN IS VERY SLIPPERY INDEED! (PART ONE)

-THE WRITTEN WORD-
“And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith, virtue and to knowledge. And to knowledge temperance: and to temperance patience, and to patience godliness. And to godliness, brotherly kindness: and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things ye shall never fail: for so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ”….2ND PETER 1:5-11.


-WHAT THE HOLY GHOST REVEALED TO ME ABOUT THIS MATTER-
Men and brethren, when a certain rich man asked our Lord Jesus Christ what to do in order to make heaven at last, our Master wasted no time in directing the attention of the man to the commandments of His Father, even our God. Our Lord pointed the man to the Ten Commandments, and asked him to live by it. And I am also asking you to do so - law or no law.

But the rich man was very much like many of us today, who would justify themselves even in the face of mounting contradictions in their lives. He quickly told Jesus that he was used to all the commandments of God, and that indeed he had obeyed all of them even from childhood! Possibly he said so to please our Lord and those who were listening. But he was in for a rude shock, as some of us will be at the end of this message.

Jesus then looked at him with His usual love and passion, and asked him to sell all he had and follow Him. To sell all he had, and follow our Master, Who seemed to have no place of abode? That was too much of a request, especially for a man who was enjoying all the good things of this life. So the man went away sorrowful. And as the man was still whining and murmuring in his heart, our Lord reminded all that witnessed the dialogue that it would almost be impossible for a rich man to make heaven at last! See the Book of Luke 18:18-27. We shall discuss the rest of that scripture whenever the Lord permits.

Through this encounter, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ reveals to us, that there are many things that we may never imagine, but which things can actually deny us heaven at last. The problem with that rich man was that he loved money – he was covetous. And many are like that today, even in the Church.  The man appeared to be pure in his own eyes, and perhaps in the eyes of those around him. Yes, he was indeed righteous, at least by what he said of himself. Yet something was lacking, something seemingly insignificant, but something that was likely to send him to hell fire.

According to that rich man, he had been a just person right from childhood. He must also have been a very good example of a good child even in his community. And he grew with that reputation. And perhaps everybody was calling him, “Mr. Righteousness”. But unknown to him and to his admirers, he was heading to hell fire. Such also is the life of many who claim the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus but are heading hopelessly to hell fire. They have been saved, and that by grace; but by their illicit lifestyles they are now trampling upon that very grace that once saved them.

The question our Lord is asking every believer today is this: what is your Christian identity? He demands to know what His salvation really means to you and to me. And He is asking the following questions, some of which cannot be contained here by reason of space, and He demands answers from each and every one of us.

Are you among the men and women on suit who parade our Churches on Sundays, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof? Are you one of those women in Church who dress like angels but inwardly are ravenous wolves? Or, are you among those women who dress as satan, and even as the world, and at the same time laying claim to the righteousness of God? What manner of banner are you displaying to yourself and to those around you as evidence of your salvation?

Are you one of those who sow money in Church and reap money, yet you live an ungodly life? Are you a thief – do you steal from your husband or from your wife, do you steal from your employees? Are you a pen robber or an armed robber? Do you live by robbing people on internet? Repent today and God will show you mercy. Do you discriminate against people by reason of the color of their skin, their race, their tribe, their language, etc? Are you a respecter of the persons of men and women? Repent today and God will show you mercy.

 Are taking bribe and giving bribe? Are you a hypocrite, a pretender, a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Are you a gossip, a tale bearer, an accuser of brethren? Repent today. Are you a virgin only in the body but not in the spirit? Have you sworn to celibacy yet wallowing in lust? Renounce your oath and marry so that you perish not. Are you among those who celebrate their nakedness and shame in public all in the name of looking “beautiful”? Know you not that satan is the naked one, that whosoever displays his or her nakedness in public is inhabited by satan? Repent today and cry to God for mercy and mercy shall be shown to you.

 Do you patronize men and women with familiar spirit seeking for what is not? Are you not aware that contact with folks with familiar spirits defiles our spirit man?  And nothing and nobody that is defiled can enter heaven. What indeed is your Christian testimony and identity? Have you divorced your wife or your husband, and then “married” a “sweet heart” even when your first spouse is still alive? You are in great error; and you are heading to hell fire with your eyes wide open. Have you not read that a marriage made by our Lord is “till death do we path”? If you must not take back your spouse, then you must remain single until he or she dies, or you yourself go to be with the Lord. But God has called us to peace.

Know you not, brethren of the Lord, that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? What indeed is your Christian identity? If ye be a believer and have secured a job or contract either with your body or with an ungodly connection, you are living in satan’s coven without knowing it. Forsake that job and our Lord will give you that which is reserved for you in heaven. Are you among them that enjoy “blessings” from your relations abroad who are into all manners of evil? They send you stolen goods and you sell and make money! You even dare to give testimony with the proceeds of such iniquity! The anger of God is released against all unrighteousness and wickedness of men and women. Repent today.

We will surely give account if we fail to repent. Is your own ‘business” to deal on hard and illicit drugs? You are an agent of satan. Do you deal on contraband materials, and take pleasure in bribing errant Custom men and women in order to have your way? You are an enemy of righteousness. Repent today before it is too late. The clock is ticking, the hour is at hand. Save yourself from this adulterous and perverse generation. Do you drink alcoholic drinks, smoke and even womanize, you must repent today. Do you adulterate goods and sell them to the public? Time has come for repentance. Delay can be very very dangerous indeed.

SATAN HAS MANIFESTED AS AN ANGEL OF LIGHT.

-THE WRITTEN WORD-
“Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strove not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to show thyself approved unto God a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. And their word will eat as doth a cankerworm: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus: who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, the Lord knoweth them that are His. And let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity”…….2ND TIMOTHY 2:14-19.



-THE REVEALED WORD-
Let it be known to all who name the name of our Lord world-wide, that the written word of God is the Only heavenly and earthly standard of measuring what is of God and what is not of God. Whenever and wherever there is a dispute as to what the mind of God must be in any circumstance or condition, His written word must be the only mirror of acceptable standard, particularly in the Church of Jesus Christ. Whether it is a dream, or vision or any other manner of revelation, we must place it side by side with the written word of God. And any such dream, vision, prophecy or revelation that does not accord with the written word of God must be cast aside. Such revelation is only good for the dung.

This matter has become of urgent persuasion; because many folks in the body of Christ are peddling all manners of revelations – some of heaven and some of hell. Well, visions of hell and heaven are not new with us in any manner whatsoever. But what is new with us is this type of vision in which “Jesus” is said to reveal certain living and dead persons whose souls are in hell fire. And according to those involved the same “Jesus” mandates them to publish the revelations to the world. According to these dreamers, “Jesus” instructed them to correct that individual in public, mostly in form of tapes and videos placed in strategic websites world-wide. And most of those so revealed are believers and ministers of the gospel of our Lord. This “Jesus is now exposing His “erring” servants to the whole world!

 Much as I do not dispute, that the souls of living persons may be found caged in hell fire, by reason of enduring sinful lifestyle; yet I perceive that when such visions are given, they are solely meant to warn the individuals concerned, to put their houses in order before it is too late. The revelation will not even be for the consumption of the Church as a body, not to talk of the world. Therefore when such revelations are taken to the public domain, and even commercialized, it raises a lot of doubt about the source and credibility of those who lay claim to such revelations. But God must be glorified.

Let me state it here and now, that the Jesus I know, the Jesus of the Bible, the Jesus Who has appeared to me and to many that I know closely, does not reveal issues about individuals for public consumption. Our Lord is very very careful about the souls of men and women, and He will do everything to encourage instead of discourage them. When He has an issue with His people, He follows the pattern He Himself laid down in His word. First and foremost, He calls the person involved to order. If the person refuses to listen, He will reveal the matter to another whose words the erring person would ordinarily listen to. HE WILL NOT ASK ANY PERSON TO GO TO THE WHOLE CHURCH, NOT TO TALK OF THE WHOLE WORLD, WITH ISSUES HE HAS WITH AN INDIVIDUAL. NEVER!

Men and brethren, if there is a time in our relationship with God that satan is manifesting as an angel of light, it is in our present dispensation. Satan now appears as Jesus, speaks as Jesus – but his aim never changes. We know that whenever and wherever our Lord appears, life is made available and even in abundance. Wherever Jesus appears love is made manifest, folks are saved, sanctified and baptized in the Holy Ghost. Whenever Jesus manifests holiness and righteousness are revealed.

Brethren, whenever our Lord reveals anything concerning a child of His, His aim is always to correct, to save, to deliver, but never to destroy. Whosoever is destroyed by reason of His revelation is always a victim of self-destruction. Our Lord will always show a way of escape. If we fail to follow His instruction we are consumed by the consumption that lies on the street of disobedience. But we know satan and his antics. Wherever and whenever he manifests, he is stealing, killing or destroying somebody or something. Satan is a specialist at destroying people, especially people of God, and more particularly servants of the Lord. And his evil footprint is all over the places – even in the very body of Christ!

Brethren, we do not need to go to any special school of the Spirit to know when a revelation is of satan. Any revelation that concerns an individual, living or dead, and pertains to some ills about this person, and in which the reveler instructs that it made public, is not of God. Any revelation that is meant to destroy the reputation of individuals, and expose them to public ridicule and mockery is of satan. Any vision or revelation about an individual in which the reveler ordered that it be made public is of satan masquerading as an angel of light.

Brethren, I say these things because sooner than later some of us will also become objects of such satanic visions. Today you may be enjoying the sinful pleasure of listening to and watching rogue visions of hell and heaven. But the days are coming when you will be the subject of such visions. Do not say that I did not warn you. What you sow is what you must reap.

Personally I have received several revelations from the Lord concerning many notable men and women of God world-wide. But Jesus never on any such occasion asked me to share it with anybody. The only person that knew of such revelations was my late wife who has since gone to be with the Lord with the revelations. Indeed, one day, out of satanic flippancy, I shared one of such revelations with a pastor friend of mine. And the Lord rebuked me for that.

What the Lord requires of those He reveals things concerning individuals to, is to pray for them. At times He would instruct that those folks be informed of what our Lord is saying about them. But it must be private affair.  OUR LORD DOES NOT GIVE REVELATIONS TO EXPOSE HIS PEOPLE TO PUBLIC RIDICULE OR DISGRACE. HE DOES NOT. SATAN DOES, AND HIS WORK IS ALL OVER THE PLACES. When the Lord is fed up with His son or daughter He simply calls him or her home. He does not send folks to make videos and tapes to sell to the world about a man or a woman. He will never do that – it is not in His character. That is the character of the destroyer, the killer, the thief – satan. Satan the Lord rebukes thee!

Brethren, I am not a servant of men and of women. I have published almost five hundred messages within a space of two years since our Lord gave me charge  to preach His word pending the time of perfection of all things. And in none of the messages did I sing the praise of any man or woman of God. I did not write this message to protect the integrity of any man or woman, living or dead. Indeed when the Lord gave me this message I had to cross-check my spirit to make sure I heard Him properly.

For I perceive, that some of these folks who trade on the frailties and weaknesses of others, in false and satan induced visions, would claim that I wrote this to protect some folks. But I did not. Brethren, I am not called to protect any man or woman –and woe is me if I ever try such. And if this message is as revealed by the Holy Ghost, and I attest that it is, woe is upon any man or woman who contends with it. I write the truth and I lie not. I am only accountable to the One Who called me and anointed me. Jesus called me as He called you, even as the Father called Him. What He preached is what the first Apostles preached, and that is what I am preaching. That and only that is what you must preach if He is the One Who called you. Any other gospel is not of Him, and carries eternal consequences.

Please read your Bible and refuse to be dragged into the abyss by agents of satan masquerading as men and women of God. If you are one of those who sponsor such satanic revelations, let me warn you, that by so doing, you are gathering enough firewood and fuel for your hell fire experience. When you peddle the revelation of satan as the revelation of God, you become a determined enemy of God, and the consequences are better imagined than written.

And for those who indulge in the satanic pleasure of watching or listening to such satanic revelations, you will be held to account. There shall be no excuses. Ignorance is not excuse in heaven. The Spirit of the Lord is in every believer to know what to watch, what to listen to: and what not to watch or listen to. If you allow yourself to be cajoled into enjoying the revelations from satan disguised as revelations from God you have yourself to blame. One of the commandments of our God is that we must not raise a false report or put our hands with the wicked to be unrighteous witnesses. This is a timely warning to those involved.

Brethren, the social media is littered with these adulterous, perverse and satanic revelations designed to steal, to kill and to destroy. If ye be a true believer, and wonder into YouTube, for instance, your heart will bleed from what satan is doing to the kingdom of God through some false brethren. Brethren, the most important questions we must ask ourselves are these: assuming these visions are real, and I state that they are not; did Jesus also instruct these dreamers to take to the streets and announce the weaknesses of His children to the whole world? Could our loving Lord have given a vision to a believer concerning another believer, and then instruct that other believer to announce same to the whole world? That is not the character of our Lord. He is too holy to be associated with these fleshly manifestations. His judgment will begin right inside His Church!

The saddest aspect of this matter is that these evil products do quickly find ready customers even in some preachers of this gospel! It is not surprising the unbelievers as well as compromising believers enjoy such wickedness. The gospel is simply being fulfilled. But for a servant of God to revel in such wickedness, is something that is totally unacceptable to our Lord.  And in so doing many have lost their ministries even without knowing it! Indeed the wrath of God is abroad against all who take pleasure in such ungodly tapes and videos. So run for your dear lives.

Brethren, what many of us do not realize is this: that when we watch or listen to any satanic product we are immediately polluted and put into satanic captivity.  On the other hand, when we watch or listen to a true and heavenly revelation we are purified and sanctified thereof. The questions then are these: what you watched, did it make you holier? What you listened to did it purge you of the root of sin in your life? That which you are watching and listening to has it in any way improved your relationship with our God? Have you become holier watching and listening to those things? Do search yourselves. Repent today and the mercy of God will avail you.

We shall know the truth and the truth shall set us free. We should not follow the multitude to do evil. Pray before listening to or watching any revelation, especially of heaven or of hell. But out rightly reject every such revelation that is about specific individuals. It is not of God. It will pollute your testimony. It will send you to hell fire; even with those satan is using to spread such wickedness. Do not say that I did not warn you.

 Even if your Pastor instructs you to watch or listen to a revelation that is against another believer or servant of God, it is simply because that your pastor lacks the Spirit of God. For no man or woman of God who walks in the Spirit of the living God will allow the flock of God to revel in revelations against fellow believers and servants of God. Whoever does that has sinned against his or her soul – and consequences will surely follow. All we are sent to do as servants of God is to present the truth to brethren. And when they buy this truth, and sell it not, they will never run into evil hands.

My fervent prayer is that these errant dreamers would repent and retrace their evil steps. I am also interceding on behalf of many who are already defiled by such tapes and videos. The raging anger of our Lord is stirred against all that spread wickedness in His name. Brethren, our God intervened so that the truth perishes not among men. Satan is already under my foot. He was desperate to stop this message but our Lord overpowered him. I plead the Blood of Jesus Christ.

To him or her that knoweth to do good and doeth it not, to him or her it is counted as sin. Let us always keep this instruction of God at heart – “keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and the righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked” EXODUS 23:7. The Lord has spoken, and all who truly fear Him must tremble at His word.

May the grace of our Lord that bringeth salvation abide with each and every one of us, even as we strive to walk in all His righteousness, in Jesus name. Amen. It is forever well with the righteous.

TOPIC: LABOR NOT FOR THAT WHICH PERISHETH. (PART TWO)

-WHAT THE WORD SAYS ON THIS MATTER-
When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither His Disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum seeking for Jesus. And when they had found Him on the other side of the sea, they said unto Him, Rabbi, when camest Thou hither?

Jesus answered them and said, verily, verily, I say unto you, you seek Me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. Labor not for that which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him hath God the Father sealed.

Then said they unto Him, what shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered, and said unto them, this is the work of God, that ye believe on Him Whom He hath sent”…JOHN 6:24-29


-WHAT I RECEIVED ON THIS MATTER-
Men and brethren, those who truly know their God must not labor in worldly pursuits. Indeed, when you hear a preacher of this Gospel urging believers to labor for the things of this life, it is clear evidence that he or she lacks the Spirit of God. Yes, he or she is sensual, even carnal. For those who know our heavenly Daddy will readily attest that He is true to His words – that when we labor in His word, in His precepts, in His true vineyard – that when we labor to do His perfect will at all times, that He takes care of ALL that concerns us.

Brethren, when I say all, I mean all.  You cannot truly commit your life to serving God and live in any form of lack, spiritual and otherwise. Yes, your faith will be tried initially, even as with fire: but if you can endure, you will enter into the enduring blessings of our faithful God.

But make sure you are serving the true God, and that you are doing so in spirit and in truth. We must make sure that we are not serving the fleshly pursuits and pleasures of covetous men and women. There are many things some folks teach as “serving God” that have absolutely nothing to do with God. Many are just serving the personal ambitions of men and women all in the name of serving God. This is a very critical thing in today’s Church, and I believe God for a message on that very soon. Please be on the lookout for that message. It will certainly change the life of many believers for the better.

Brethren, our Lord Jesus Christ did not leave us without an example as to what we must labor for. After His preparatory forty-day fast, the enemy confronted Him with three temptations according to the scriptures. The first of the temptations was that He, Jesus, should turn a stone into bread in order to satisfy His hunger. But our Lord did not fall into that trap. Rather He reminded satan that man shall not live by bread alone. In handling that temptation, our Lord ordained it that those who must follow Him must endeavor to live only by the word that proceeded out of the mouth of the Father. He made it clear that the kingdom of our heavenly Daddy is not founded on bread and butter.

And believing folks in the days of the Apostles followed our Lord’s example, and manifested Him to the world in a manner yet to be equaled. Even the Prophets that ushered in our Lord also lived even as He lives. Our Father Abraham in all his blessings lived the same life that Christ proclaimed. And we know that before Abraham Jesus was! Who then do we resemble in the Bible when we live with all your focus on the things of this life? Search yourselves before it is too late.

The urgent questions we must ask ourselves this very day is this: Why in truth do we seek God? Is it for food, for raiment, for houses, for cars – are we seeking the Lord so that we may command some respect among the committee of men? Why indeed are we seeking Jesus? Why do we carry bags of money to Church day in day out – why?  I do not require your answers to these questions, but our God does: and that is why He revealed this message. Why do we seek Jesus?

This message is also addressed to some Preachers of this gospel whose understanding of the Gospel of Christ is to build this and to possess that. Those who share this fleshly mindset seek to interpret the mighty works done by Christ in the days of His flesh to mean mighty fleshly achievements. But they are terribly wrong. And this error is the greatest threat to this Gospel, and it is world-wide. This is the handiwork of satan in his manifest subtlety. And instead of believers to contend with this error, most of us are busy criticizing and labeling those who are preaching the truth and manifesting the true signs of the Gospel. This is the work of satan. He has blinded the minds of many believers. And he is more than determined that the truth must be hidden from the people of God at all cost.

Men and brethren, the deliberate misinterpretation of this Gospel by many has led to many and grievous errors in the body of Christ. It has led many into some wild worldly pursuits all in the name of preaching this gospel. It has caused many on our pulpits to wonder into so many things that have nothing whatsoever to do with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It has even led to unprecedented and satanic competition among some preachers who seek to outwit one another in the display of worldly investments and attainments. And all these are done at the expense of the souls of men and women. But the greater error is that those who labor in these fleshly pursuits also claim that they are laboring in the Lord’s vineyard! May the Lord show mercy upon His people.

 Brethren, the mighty works wrought by Jesus in the days of His flesh were the great number of souls He saved. His mighty works also include the great miracles He performed, which miracles also helped to draw many into the kingdom of God. His mighty works are His enduring doctrines upon which His Church is funded. Jesus built men and women not man-made temples. And whoever He calls must strive to continue in these very lines. Laboring on the things of this life in the name of preaching this Gospel has become a great distraction to this Gospel – and all those involved will give account if they fail to repent today.

What Jesus calls every man or woman to do in His Church is to preach His Gospel, even the true Gospel. And when we preach His true Gospel He makes His power available unto mighty works. And His mighty works do manifest when we lift up His name through the power of preaching, and not through the pursuit of fleeting things of this life. And as we lift up His name, He draws souls unto Himself. This is the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is why He called you. That also is why He called me.

Brethren, much as there is nothing overtly sinful in worshiping God in goodly structures; yet we must continually remind ourselves that our God DOES NOT DWELL IN BUILDINGS MADE WITH HUMAN HANDS. He dwells in His people – in you and in me. Therefore we must strive to build folks, not mighty structures. And when we build folks, we must build them, not unto carnal pursuits, but unto all righteousness – unto all godliness and purity of heart. We must not commit our labor into things that will soon melt under the fervent heat of the Almighty Father. We must keep our focus on that which endures forever. This is the word of God.

And while we must commend those who strive to feed the poor all over the world, even as part of this Gospel, we must also remind them that the primary purpose of our calling is to preach the truth, even the true Gospel. It is indeed great wickedness to entice ignorant folks into perversion and half-truth with food and other material gifts. What Christ desires of His true disciples is that we tell people the truth about Him. And when people buy the truth and sell it not, then He alone would add to them all their material needs according to the will of His Father. The truth is that when folks receive the true Gospel and retain it, every other thing will fall in place. This is the word of God.

People of God, there is nothing sinful about a believer commanding millions, or even billions of any of the world’s currencies. After all, our Lord is in business of blessing His people maximally for the furtherance of His work.  He knows that His true Gospel cannot survive on the finances of sinners and of compromising believers. The Lord finances His work with His own resources, even with Billions whenever necessary. And He does it so that the truth perishes not as a result of shortage of clean and godly money. He has done it in the past and He is doing it today, and He will continue to do so until the close of age.

But God does not expect His children to struggle for the things of this life in order to finance His work. Rather what He expects is for those who love Him to struggle to please Him at all times. And as we please Him, He manifests His presence in us. And when His presence is manifest, all the good things of this life will follow us without ANY FORM OF STRUGGLE WHATSOEVER. We cannot struggle to please God and still struggle for the things of this life. If that is your life, it is either you are not pleasing Him, or you are engaged in a work or business that does not glorify His name. Search yourselves whether you are still in the faith.


Brethren, in the nearest future, we shall discuss what it truly means to finance the work of God – the true meaning of the work of God – And why many are spending billions on Christian ministries all over the world yet they are not financing this Gospel. Till then, keep running. Our Lord will come as a thief, and on a day none of us will expect. Therefore live ready.

TOPIC: LABOR NOT FOR THAT WHICH PERISHETH (PART ONE)

-WHAT THE WORD SAYS ON THIS MATTER-

When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither His Disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum seeking for Jesus. And when they had found Him on the other side of the sea, they said unto Him, Rabbi, when camest Thou hither?

Jesus answered them and said, verily, verily, I say unto you, you seek Me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. Labor not for that which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him hath God the Father sealed.

Then said they unto Him, what shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered, and said unto them, this is the work of God, that ye believe on Him Whom He hath sent”…JOHN 6:24-29

-WHAT I RECEIVED ON THIS MATTER-

Men and brethren, in the days of His flesh, Jesus performed many miracles. Notable among these miracles was the feeding of thousands of folks at the same time using a handful of bread and fish. This happened on two occasions:  His feeding of five thousand and four thousand men, respectively. On both occasions the people were fully fed and much was left over. That is the miracle of multiplication in manifestation, and it is very much with His Church today – but only amongst them that believe and live even as He lives.

What we are discussing today is the response of the folks Christ fed in those miracles. Here, in today’s scripture, they came again seeking Jesus. They were so desperate to see Him, as many are in our today’s Church – but not for the right reasons. They left their homes, and some must have travelled long distances, seeking for Jesus, the Giver of life everlasting. Sadly they were not seeking Him for eternal this life, the resurrection life. Rather they were seeking Him for their bellies; they were seeking Him for Him to help them satisfy their fleshly lusts. They were seeking Jesus for the things of this life. They were laboring for things that will perish with their using - even perishable things.

And Jesus knew why they sought for Him; just as He knows why each and every one of us is seeking Him today. He knew that they were seeking Him, not for His life-giving miracles, but for bread – to satisfy their fleshly desires. They were seeking Him for the things that nourish only the flesh, but not our spirit-man. They were seeking Jesus for the same reasons many of us are seeking Him today – they were seeking for the “additions” to our righteous walk; but not for the kingdom of God itself or, even for the righteousness that the Kingdom offers.

Men and brethren, the key word in our walk with God is this: seek God first, and when we find Him we must endeavor to walk in His ways – and as we live even as He lives, all that we need in this life shall be added unto us. And when the scripture says all, it means all, nothing excepting – so long as those things are in line with the perfect will of our Heavenly Daddy per time. Seeking Jesus just for the things of this life is a total waste of our God-given time and energy. When we seek God for the things of this life, we end up miserable men and women. When we seek our God for vanishing things, we end up missing the real thing, which is heaven at last.

Many are in Church today ONLY for perishable things – for houses, for cars, for children, for fame, for marriage, for children - even for political offices. Today many in Church sow large amounts of money, not because they love God or even His work; but that they may be blessed materially. They give into the work of God just for one purpose - that the material seeds they sow may be multiplied. And when the multiplication is hard in coming, they complain and murmur. All their life pursuit is to secure the things of this life. Indeed, they measure their spiritual status with what they have and have not. That ought not to be so.

Brethren, it is important that as long as we are in this earthly tabernacle that we must also take care of our body. Yes, our spirit-man is of paramount importance, yet we must not neglect our bodies. If we do so we may not even have the body to carry our spirit, and we will end up not fulfilling our God-given assignments here. But we must also understand that the kingdom of our God is not in food and drink. We must accept, without any reservations whatsoever, that the kingdom that we have inherited of Christ is all about righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
