TOPIC: THE HOPE THAT MAKETH NOT ASHAMED. (PART TWO

-THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD-
“Rejoice greatly, o daughter of Zion; shout, o daughter of Jerusalem: behold, the King cometh unto thee: He is just, and having salvation: lowly, and riding upon a colt, the foal of an ass.

And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and He shall speak peace unto the heathen: and His dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.

As for thee also, by the blood of Thy covenant I have sent forth the prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water. Turn you to the stronghold, ye prisoners of hope; even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee.”…..ZECHARIAH 9: 9-12.

-THE REVEALED WORD OF GOD –
Men and brethren, this is the second part of the message of hope from the Holy Ghost: first to His Church, and also to the world at large. It is a fresh outpouring from the Fountain of Living Water Himself.

If you have just stumbled upon this part, it is by the help of the Holy Ghost. Also strive to study the first part, and then wait for the third and final part. It is a revival message and it could not have come at a better time.

-With God All Things Are Truly Possible-
Brethren, the hope of every believer must be established on this very truth: that with God all things are possible.

Any believer who has not come to accept, and without further enquiry, that nothing is impossible with God - that believer will always come to points of hopelessness in this life – and may never even make heaven at last.

In the scripture we cited from the Book of Job, in part one thereof, we are instructed, that if a tree dries up, even to its root, that at contact with water it will sprout again. And that water in our context is the word of the living God.

And the meaning is this: that no matter how seemingly hopeless a situation is, that the word of God is capable of turning that very situation around – that is, if we believe, and if we keep our hope alive.

-The Testimony Of Jesus Christ-
Men and brethren, on a certain day, Master Jesus manifested to me and began to show me a certain man who had just died, at least in the understanding of all around him, including a medical Doctor. But as I observed the environment, I realized that the spirit of the man was still standing beside his body.

Every one present had given up any hope of reviving the man. But the Lord told me that all that was needed was the word of God, spoken in faith, for that man to return to life.
Eventually, a servant of God entered the scene, and the Lord said I should observe what would happen. The man of God looked at the “dead” man, spoke with the medical Doctor, and declared, “ may his soul rest in peace”.

At this point I became agitated, knowing that something could still be done. I began to plead with the Lord to allow me to step down and do something. He declined. All He did was to heave a very deep sigh of disappointment, and closed the scene.

We all should know the conclusion of that matter. But it did not end there. The Lord then opened to me another scene. This time the scene of an auto accident involving a young man I loved in life. He was knocked down by a hit and run driver, as it were. As his body lay on the road, I watched. That was in the physical. There was confusion. All efforts to revive the young man failed. Every body then concluded that the young man was hopelessly dead, and so it looked.

The Lord then opened my eyes to see what really happened that day. The spirit of the young man was still standing there beside the body for some time. And the Lord told me that the young man would have been revived if I had prayed! But I did not. I wanted to, but a certain heaviness enveloped my heart.

Then, added the Lord, that He was the One Who stopped me from praying for the young man. He said that He had severally heard and seen me preaching to the young man when he was alive.

Master Jesus did give a second reason why He stopped me from praying for the dead man. It had to do with my then fledging ministry. At the appropriate time and season, and at His permission, I will make that reason public also.

He then showed me the young man under torment in hell, and concluded that I did all that was needful for the young man.

Brethren, the key issue here is this: that if I had prayed, that young man may still be alive today.

-There Is Always Hope-
Brethren of the Lord, there is no hopeless situation in God. As the Holy Ghost later analyzed the matter of hope to me, there is always hope. He revealed to me that that word, "hopeless", is only found in the dictionary of men and of women.

And He has given me a charge to inform His people, and entire creation, that there is always hope – that no situation is ever hopeless in the sight of God.

-Yet We Limit God With Our Experiences-
Yet He is God. He cannot deny Himself. Even our collective unbelief cannot in any way affect Him or His word. His word is still and forever yea and amen.

Brethren, nothing is impossible with God - absolutely nothing.
We have all limited God by reason of our individual experiences in this decaying life. Each of us, even in His church, always graduate the power and abilities of God by what we have perceived, touched, seen or heard of Him.

But God is above all. He is the Creator of the heaven and of the earth. He is capable of all things. He can do everything. He can destroy all lives, and reproduce them again even in a moment. He can move countries from one location to another. He can alter the world’s weather situation at will. He can heal all sicknesses and diseases. He can raise the dead no matter the number of years in the grave.

God can change times and seasons. He can install, remove and replace world leaders at will. No spirit, no living or dead can challenge our God. Even satan himself thrives at the mercy of God. Ask him if you doubt me.

God does what pleases Him and when it pleases Him. He is not answerable to any, living or dead. He is the Father of all creation, including all spirits. There is no argument or contention against God. Whatever He says stands and forever.

Some will not want to read it, or even hear of it: yet it is also true, that our God is also a consuming Fire.

All who claim that God does not exist are fools, and are amongst the most hopeless of all living. Even satan himself trembles when he remembers that God is still there and forever be there.

-Who Will Believe My Report?-
But who will believe my report? Who amongst you folks will dare to believe this testimony of the Holy Ghost about the Father?

If only you will believe - for all things are possible to whosoever that believeth. Will you believe today? If you do, you will live the rest of your days in hope – the hope that maketh not ashamed.

Let me also inform us that one’s life can change dramatically through enduring hope. Hitherto we have all been limited by our understanding. This is yet another opportunity for us to get it right.

Try to tarry along. Do not faint, do not give up. Let not your hearts be troubled. The everlasting Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, has stirred Himself to restore all things, even as time closes. He is on the move again: and this time, to give us hope even in a world that is sitting on utter hopelessness.

May I dare to ask: is there anything too hard for our God to do? I do not know your answer to this all important question. But in the third and last part of this message, the Holy Ghost will answer this question to the satisfaction of all. You cannot afford to miss it.
It is forever well with the truly righteous.

TOPIC: THE HOPE THAT MAKETH NOT ASHAMED. (PART ONE).

THE WRITTEN WORD
“For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise of none effect.

Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace, to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed: not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all.

(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before Him Whom he believed, eve God, Who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken: so shall thy seed be”…ROMANS 4:13-18.

“For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock die in the ground; yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant”……….JOB 14:7-9.

THE REVEALED WORD
One of the greatest shortcomings of this church, and this is world-wide, is the inability of most folks in church to hold on to God till the end. There is a lot of half-way believers. The best we have are those who are careful enough to go “almost to the end” with God.

We are quitters, as some would describe this unwholesome attitude of believing folks - always submitting to the will of nature and of satan – even in the face of the overwhelming power of God at our beck and calling.

We have become that generation that have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof.

Enduring Hardship Is Not A Curse
Brethren, it is required of every believer to endure hardship even as a soldier of Christ. And our Lord Jesus Christ would not have said so just for saying sake - He never did.

Every true Christian journey is full of seemingly insurmountable trials and temptations, even in the midst of all the good things of this life.

Why? Because no living can stumble into heaven, none. We all, must, through much trembling, make heaven at last. Those who try to jump into it always end up in the bottomless pit.

For the Father has ordained it that whosoever must make heaven at last must pay some price for it. Yes, heaven is for sale, and the price is daily righteous and holy living.

Some pleasure seekers amongst us have defaced the face of Christianity by painting a picture of endless pleasure and bliss for all who come to Christ. How wrong they are even with the attendant eternal consequences.

Brethren of the Lord, true and enduring joy and bliss can only be found in heaven. As far as we are in what Apostle Peter calls our earthly tabernacle, we cannot speak of bliss and joy unspeakable. We will continue to grown until we put it off.
Yes, indeed we may have all that this life offers, yet when we begin to draw lasting joy and pleasure from them, we loose sight of the glory that lies ahead - eternal glory.

Every true believer is a pilgrim on earth. Those who refuse to live as such will continue to .

Apostle Paul once painted a perfect picture of what the future holds for those believers who live here in wantonness and reveling. According to him, if we have come to God for all that this life offers, then we are all folks most miserable.

Sadly, this is the state of many in the church of today who bask in the glory of this life – living in deep spiritual misery while at the same time seemingly enjoying the pleasures of this life. This is one of the mysteries of godliness.

We Are Prisoners Of Hope
We that are saved are people of hope: saved by hope and unto hope - the hope that maketh not ashamed. We believe in the invisible Father, the Creator of the ends of the earth. We have received His only begotten Son as our Lord and personal Savior. And we have His Holy Spirit Who has made us the mobile house of the living God.

We believe that we are children of the living God. We believe that heaven and hell fire are as real as life and death. And we have hope that at the end of life here we all will be with our Lord Jesus Christ in heaven, to live life to the utmost.

We Say But Do Not
But there is this phrase that the world is very good at; which has also crept into the church. It says that “it is not over until it is over”.

Whenever folks use that phrase, they would appear to be willing and ready to go on as long as it would take. Yet they do give up – and readily too, even without catching a glimpse of the end.

Humanity, by some curious and collective agreement, has carved out a point to give up – a point called hopeless: the point when all hopes are deemed lost – when seemingly nothing can be done any more.

It is that point when we have done all that we consider humanly possible: when our only seeming option is to hopelessly submit to the invisible hands of “fate” - it is the point where human weaknesses and limitations are hopelessly exposed.

There is Yet Hope
But I am sent by the Holy Ghost to announce to the world, and particularly to His Church on earth, that the word “hopeless” is only found in the dictionary of men. That as far as heaven is concerned , there is always hope – endless hope, the hope that makes not ashamed.

And why does the scripture describe this hope as that which makes not ashamed? Is it not because those who must follow such hope are often derided and mocked by those around them. They are often associated with some form of mental collapse. They are always the laughing stock of the world.
Yet they always end up pleasing the Father – that is, if they continue till the end.

Yes, whosoever chooses to walk with God in hope must not be ashamed of that stand. He or she must be willing and ready to go on, even when the boldest and wisest of men and women have given up. They must be ready to forever lean, not on their own understanding, but on the living word of God, which never fails.

Heaven Begins When We Have Ended
Brethren, as far as heaven is concerned, the life a man or woman has only ended when that man or woman has entered heaven or hell fire. Before then, revival is still possible.
According to the Holy Ghost, no matter the state of a man or woman, so long as his or her spirit has not reached heaven or hell fire, life can still be restored.

Even when one has entered into any of these two realms, revival is still possible. But that matter belongs entirely to the Father and we cannot even peep into it..

Brethren, I am writing about what we call death. As far as heaven is concerned, so long as the spirit is still here on earth, even outside our body, there is still hope for the revival of the dead.

To the world, death occurs when one is said to be clinically dead. But to heaven, death occurs only when one as made it either to heaven or to hell fire.

There is yet more to come. Till then, keep running even with renewed hope.

TOPIC: I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH AND THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT (PART TWO AND FINAL PART)

-THE WRITTEN WORD-
“After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst! Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to His mouth.

When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, He said, it is finished: and He bowed His head and gave up the ghost. ”JOHN 19: 28 -30.

“So then, because thou art lukewarm, neither cold or hot, I will spew thee out of My mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing, and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable and poor and blind and naked.

I counsel thou to buy of Me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye salve, that thou mayest see”…REVELATION 3:16-18.

-THE REVEALED WORD-
In the first part of this message, the Holy Ghost discussed the Church that will forever prevail against satan, and against all the forces of hell - at all times and in all circumstances. Today, however, He would throw some light on the state of the present Church; and why satan, and even beggarly elements, are today having a field day in the very house of God!

Today, we are witnesses to this very truth: that satan and his forces are toiling with the lives of many believers. Indeed, satan and worldliness have almost taken over most places folks describe as Church.

The gates of hell are on rampage, and the victims are largely Christians. And the Church seems to be losing the war to satan and his agents. God forbid!

Just the same way he beguiled Eve; satan is today also playing a fast one on the Church - by cajoling some folks that, contrary to the perfect will of God, a man’s life now consist in the abundance of his earthly possessions. Some call it prosperity doctrine, but the true name of that thing is the doctrine of error. And many are daily snared daily into it.

Today, those who are converting to what they call “other religions”, which is actually nothing in the sight of God, are in multiples, compared to those that are saved daily unto our Christ Jesus. Even some that were once gloriously saved in Christ are now questioning the very Truth that once delivered them.

One can venture to assert, without fear of contradiction, that we are now in the dispensation of the perverted church – the most carnal and worldly church since the day of the Pentecost.
And we are all to blame, without any exception.

-This is Where We Are Today -
We of this dispensation have reared a type of church that outwardly and vociferously confesses Christ; but in truth and in manifestations denies Him and all He stands for. No doubt, ours is a church that was founded on Christ; but has, over the time, gradually and systematically slipped into itself: unto worldliness, unto covetousness, unto nakedness, unto politics, unto shame and unto all manners of compromise.

May I quickly inform whosoever is willing to hear it, that playing politics on a church pulpit is vile before God. Whatever may be your reasons, you lack the authority of heaven to preach politics in the pulpit. Those who do so are pilling on themselves eternal consequences.
Today, we are under the weight of a church that is guided largely by the traditions of men and women, by the sleighs of ego-seeking folks. Instead of carrying the burden of the Lord, today many believers world-wide are all carrying the burdens of ambitious men and women.

We have conceived a church that seeks to please the world rather the Owner of the Church, our Lord Jesus Christ. Today, we are afraid to make folks feel uncomfortable in any manner.

Gradually, we have all become men's pleasers - enemies of the Cross. We have done despite the Spirit of God. We have broken the hedge and the serpent is biting virtually all of us. God forbid.

We take pleasure in trampling upon the sound doctrines of the Lord. We teach human wisdom in place of godly wisdom. We celebrate perishable things and despise the spiritual. Indeed, we have fallen into ourselves, into the world.

We have consciously espoused ourselves to nakedness and shame. We prophesy even God has scarcely spoken. We are just a gathering of folks that are given to always learning but never able to come to the true knowledge of God.

Ours is a church that boasts so much about love; but in character and manifestation swims in wickedness and hate, segregation and impunity.

We are of the so-called “modern church” that teaches and practices “modern doctrines” – deliberately ignoring the truth that Jesus Christ, the true Owner of the church, is the same yesterday, today and will forever remain the same.

-Point Of Correction, Please -
Brethren of the Lord, there is nothing like primitive and modern churches. As far as heaven is concerned, whatever was done in the first church, even in the biblical Acts of the Apostles, is also expected of today's, and indeed of tomorrow’s church - the same doctrines, the same applications, the same methods. This is the perfect will of God.

Therefore, if you have told yourself, or somebody told you, that you are a “modern” preacher of this gospel, you are just living a lie, maybe without knowing it.

We must all quickly come to terms with this very truth: that every calling and ordination in Christ is the same even as it was in the days of the Apostles, even of the biblical prophets. Whosoever is called into the vineyard of the Lord, even today, is also called unto the same common, continuing and everlasting mandate – to turn folks to Christ.

Any church that deviates from the apostolic and prophetic doctrines and practices, both in form and substance, will continue to be buffeted by satan and his agents. That church cannot prevail against the forces of darkness, never. That very church cannot produce credible candidates for heaven at last.

Ironically, the present church has only one striking similarity with the true church of Jesus Christ: - in collecting tithes and offerings!

-Enduring Sound Doctrine-
Brethren, the calling of the believer is a calling unto all endurance, unto all righteousness. It is the calling of a soldier – to endure the pressures and motions of the gospel.

But how many of us are truly ready to endure? How many of us would not cry that they are being condemned, especially when the true gospel comes calling? How many of us would not accuse those who preach the truth of this gospel of preaching condemnation? Search yourselves whether ye still be in the faith.

In our time, that word, condemnation, has become a shield and a temporary escape route for compromising believers world-wide. But how far can we run from reality?

People of God, can we afford to continue in sin and impunity that the grace of our holy and righteous God may continue to abide? Are we stronger than God? Can we contend with Him? Shall we continue to cry grace, grace; while at the same time trampling upon all that Christ died for? God forbid!

Make no mistake about it, salvation is not of works and can never be. Yet those that are saved can only make heaven by daily walking out the same salvation and in fear and trembling. This is the perfect will of God.

Brethren, hear it this very day: that salvation is a journey and not an end in itself. After we are saved, we are required to remain saved until we get to heaven. The principal thing here is to remain saved, which is a living process. And to remain saved, we must consciously work out the same salvation, day by day, in righteousness and in sanctification - perfecting holiness in the fear of God. That is true Christianity.

-What We Are Reaping Today-
Men and brethren, today the number of folks that make heaven on a daily basis is the fewest compared to all previous generations of believers.

These figures are often revealed in form of country by country churches. In some countries, an average of eight folks makes heaven out of a thousand deaths. The highest average is of a certain country where about a hundred or more per a thousand deaths make heaven. And this revelation only concerns those nations that we overtly describe as Christian nations.

So, if the righteous be scarcely saved, what becomes of unbelievers and of unbelieving nations? The answer is obvious and stares judgmentally at the faces of whosoever claims that our holy God has sent him or her to preach money and monetary matters as the gospel.

-The Way Forward-
Brethren, the present church is by all means not ready for rapture. That is the conclusion of the Holy Ghost, not mine. I wish it were otherwise.

Yet our God is not a respecter of dispensations. Nobody or group can hold Him to ransom. He will finish the work He has started, and He will cut it short in true righteousness and in holiness.

The Holy Ghost here announces: that a shift is already on the way. Our God, the holy One of Israel, the Creator of the ends of the earth, the Alpha and the Omega, the everlasting Father, is on the move again. A revival is on the way. Is it the last? Only God Him can tell.

The God of Abraham, the God of Jacob, the God of Isaac, my God and your God, is now pouring down His power and His glory on those He has ordained to fulfill His perfect will on earth. And you may be one of them.

People of God, the days, months and years ahead, would witness a global awakening to the true gospel. The power of salvation would come upon humanity as never before, even beyond what we witnessed in the very Acts of the Apostles. Note it in your diaries.

Our heavenly Daddy has released His power to save even to the uttermost: to the extent that even the hardest of folks would crumble at the feet of our Lord Jesus Christ. Billions of folks around the world would willfully forsake religion and seek after Christ. It will happen in our very eyes.

The glory of the coming days would far exceed whatever we have ever read or experienced. And it is not about building this or building that. It is all about soul winning - massive soul winning, surpassing all precedents. And those times are already here with us. I lie not.

We are fast approaching the hour when the body of Christ will rise again, joyfully and gloriously, and continually, rendering this song: “The Church is marching on…the gates of hell shall not prevail, the church is marching on…”, even with renewed boldness and grace.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ that brings salvation abide with all who love Him and His appearing. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.
